Chocolate Cupcakes – VEGAN


Some say that chocolate is a remedy for bad moods, bad break ups and bad beginnings. And some others say that cupcakes are the cutest dessert you can have. I say lets combine the two and see if we can come out with a cute remedy! And what a cute remedy it was!

I had a long and tiring week at work and this is exactly how I needed to start my weekend!

Ingredients (12 cupcakes)
– 1.5 cups flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 3 heaped Tbsp of cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 cup cold water

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Prepare your cupcake tray with twelve paper cups.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Add the oil and water.
Mix well.
Pour into cupcake papers (half of each).
Bake for 25 minutes.
Best served with chocolate sauce drizzled all over :) and a glass of cold milk.
