banana bread cake with vanilla icecream

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 ripe bananas, mashed well
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

– Preheat oven to 160C

– Lightly grease a 8×4 loaf pan or use non-stick

– Cream together the butter and white and brown sugar

– Beat in the egg and then the mashed bananas

– Mix in flour, baking soda, salt and walnuts

– Pour batter into pan

– Bake for 60 minutes
